purple tiles are a little confusing in the beginning. it looked like they are already sticking up, then when they were extended in a later room assumed i could walk on them. with all of your control options, it would be nice to use the mouse to attack instead of just the keyboard or the controller.

frankly you need to tell us that we have to hold X in order to use the directional controls, and in general all of the controls besides movement and mining are bizarre. hold ctrl V and then press Z or X to load a game???? what difference does z or x there make????
i can understand if this is perfectly playable for you because you've made it, or it may not be too difficult to get a grasp of, but it just doesnt make any sense at all on the first impression so i think you at least need to explain the controls better in the description even if you dont edit the game significantly

PICO-8 Only allows for 6 Buttons. Arrow Keys+Z+X. These keys can not be rebound unfortunately so I had to work within the limitations of the game's engine. CTRL+V is Paste, so that's just because you have to paste your save string into the game in order to Load. This is common within every game that requires you to load from a string. I made the most of what I could with the given controls :)

playing on chrome - it just sticks on ur fin deevy logo and if i click it goes to ur website, but the game never begins.

Press the space bar to continue, if it continues try reloading the page.

the game doesnt fit in my browser window. i would suggest looking for a way to make it scale to the size of our screens if possible.
"T Studio Games Present's" should say "Presents" instead
seems good but doesnt run smoothly on my computer, so im giving it a neutral rating. ill try to play it more later.

edit: i mean... its got pixel graphics. i have my pc on 1600x900, and the resolution per pixel is far below that. it seems like you could make the game smaller without sacrificing resolution, because i play games on this website all the time and this game is the largest i have ever seen on newgrounds. it cant possibly be necessary.

You can hold ctrl and scroll mouse wheel. To change the size of the page. Or in the top right conrner in the browser is more button and in there you can change the size of the page.

You will then see a blue button in the bottom right corner of the game and press it for full screan.

Or just find the bottom right corner of the game and there is a blue full screan button press it and it will work.
Sorrry with this complication but the game would have realy small resolution and it would look bad.

this definitely needs a little more detail in the tutorial/tool tips, but i think it seems very well done so far. keep up the good work!

Thank you so much, giving the time we had to make the game and the polishment it took, it was a total challenge the way how we should introduce our players to the game, hopefully they get the hang while they're playing. :)

extremely slow to load. the game was frozen on a black screen that said "none" at the top in red for like a solid 2-3 minutes
there are a lot of typos/misspelled words but it was easy enough to understand

Nope, I just used Beepbox.co, lol. I do wanna get funding to improve the music tho, commission some people to make music. Music is definitely not my strong point.

seems close to impossible. i cant even beat the 2nd level after 3 tries. the unit's attack is just too weak and the zombies are too fast. you should at least let us build a small wall before the first wave, make the walls stronger, give our units more health, or give us some type of a pathway the zombies have to follow instead of leaving us in the open.
attempt #5 and still have only beaten the first level 2x. idk why you would make it so difficult so early on. it prevents us from trying new strategies, and there is nearly 0 room for strategy on the first level.

Hey, Lots of people told me the same thing. However the difficulty is exactly what I wanted for this game.

But don't worry, I'm working on adding new kinds of wall (bouncy walls, spikes walls for instance), units and enemies in order to lower a bit the difficulty.

In addition, the first 5 rounds are the hardest, but once you get the correct strategy, you can reach the 17th one with no any issues.
