seems great except for 2 things. the spikes have too large of a radius. It extends past the top of the ledges so that you have to land well past the corner to survive, even if your character is not touching the spikes.

other than that, it takes too long to get those paw coins, but im sure that has something to do with profits (hehehe)

this game is cool, but when it comes down to it all you've made is a slower moving version of N with worse physics/ too much friction. I like it and played through because i have pretty much beaten N and wanted more, but i was disappointed that you so clearly took the game mechanics and pretty much just added larger stages beyond the size of the screen, otherwise just making it a little worse... idk man. I had a good time, but when you are tinkering with a classic like that, it's best not to change so much....

Well what you're saying isn't true because I've never played N. Nothing was stolen gameplay wise, me and the N devs must just have similar brains.

this game is fucking awesome. I found that sometimes i would die because the cube would just stop (i think it was an issue with blocks going away but the walls still being there for a split second)

seriously tho. great concept, and for once with a flash game i kind of feel like im building some kind of coordination or idk learning a tiny bit hahahah

my cursor was still visible over the in game one (google chrome, windows vista if that makes any difference) but i actually kind of liked how the smaller one would trail behind it, so w/e.

I liked the game a lot, but given the time you've put in to create the animations and characters, maybe you should consider re using them for a sequel that has a higher jump, a little faster move speed, and allow the dog to attack soldiers by jumping at their heads, just like at the end, but maybe change to the animation from the guy getting hit by a mortar.

that could make for a really cool sequel. Keep up the good work

awesome! The guide was funny as hell (you are not a crate lol), and i loved the retro feel without retro glitches. I did notice tho, that there were a couple of issues.
Level 10 seemed to be a bit broken unless i just completely misunderstood the puzzle there. I spent about 10 mins on it before assuming that the crate was supposed to push the button (it did not), because there would be no other way to reach the exit without having to jump on top of the bomb (of course, resulting in death)

other than this, the only issue i have found so far was in the platforming on level 7. It seemed like i just didn't have enough space to get up those ledges in less than 10-12 tries, and i'm not sure this was supposed to be so frustrating.

great game!

very easy. I did find that some of the game mechanics didnt make sense (for instance, a blast cannot travel through a bug which has already been killed), but it's a nice concept. it could use a little more complexity IMO

seems like a cool game, but i wasnt really sure how to make money or which things were necessary to keep the town going, and you certainly do not start with enough money to feel your way around. I found that by the time i had what i thought was a good setup, i was 3,500 in debt and still was not making any kind of profit. Think about making it more clear which resources are actually necessary and which just work to your benefit in one way or another.

pretty great game. Hdere are a couple of suggestions and comments.

The L and K controls didnt work for me, though, which was a buzzkill. im a WASD user at heart.

Lag didnt cause many issues in the puzzle levels, but i found it very difficult to get past some of the more difficult platforming levels where there were lots of rats to dodge.

Also, consider allowing the player to press space or another key to go to the next level, because it can be a bit tedious going from mouse to keyboard to progress when there are no mouse controls in the game.

By the 5th or 6th level, the pick up/throw button had kind of just stopped responding, which was infuriating during levels where the balls needed to be placed in particular places/kept out of others. i would walk up to it and press x, only to have it pushed away from me over a ledge or whatever else. I could get it to work, but it would sometimes take several restarts where i had made no mistakes.

very original. i loved it

didnt follow through with this, but im interested and might come back to it. I get pretty irritated about tutorials, but you seem to have them down to a science. Mostly, though, I'm just writing this review to lol at SuckMyBallsack666, the guy underneath me.
